When a buyer pays, the money goes into Clinkit's escrow. Once the buyer ships the item and the buyer confirms delivery (or 72 hours pass without a dispute), funds release to your linked bank account within 24 hours.

You can add your bank account details in Settings → Payouts. We support all Nigerian banks.

Sellers pay zero fees. We only charge a small buyer protection fee (5% or ₦200 minimum, whichever is higher) to the buyer at checkout. This covers escrow, dispute resolution, and refunds.

Open a dispute from your order screen. Our trust & safety team will review within 24 hours. If the seller can't provide proof of delivery, you get a full refund. 94% of disputes are resolved in buyers' favor.

Go to your seller dashboard and tap "Start a drop". Pick a date and time (at least 2 hours in the future), add a title, and attach 5–50 items. When the clock hits zero, your drop goes live and items become purchasable.

When listing an item, toggle "Negotiable" on. Buyers can then tap "Make an offer" on your listing. You'll get a notification and can accept, counter, or reject the offer. Once you accept, the buyer is redirected to pay immediately.

You can set a minimum acceptable price so you never get lowballed below a certain amount.

Yes. We never share your phone number, address, or BVN with other users. Buyers only see your public username and closet. Your shipping address is only visible to the seller after you've paid, and only for the specific order.
